Cortina de Arroyo Grande

Status: Built

Cortina de Arroyo Grande is a senior living facility consisting of 108 apartment units centered around a 19,000 SF landscaped central courtyard. A wide variety of amenities are available to the residents including a community room, library, fitness center, spa and outdoor barbecue area. The meandering pathways, ponds and bridges that run throughout the courtyard help to foster a calming environment protected from the surrounding urban environment. Akin to much of the historic architecture on the central coast, the style of the project mimics the Spanish missions, with various architectural details such as shaped rafter tails, clay tile roofing, and timber window headers. Bill completed this design while a project manager at RRM Design Group, and continues to embrace any commercial projects that come our way.
