Located in the highly sought after La Vineda neighborhood adjacent to San Luis Country Club, this residence was designed to focus on the Seven Sisters peaks and coastal hill vistas that surround Edna Valley.

Sided with vertical wood boards and sections of stone veneer, the home takes on a ranch style aesthetic infused with elements that reflect contemporary design. The low pitched gable room forms split by sections of flat roof accentuate the different volumes of space.

Characteristic of the coastal California lifestyle, provisions for outdoor living have been made on both the view facing northern side, while a protected pool courtyard is located on the south side of the residence with an aim to create a haven from the harsh wind. The wings of the home wrap around the courtyard, allowing for ample exterior access and light into all rooms. An incredibly functional yet elegant and comfortable design, we are looking forward to ground break in Fall of 2023!
