Hilltop Winery
Perched atop a hill overlooking the vast Paso Robles area, this boutique winery is the culmination of a dream many years in the making.
Designed to mimic an authentic Catholic church complete with steeple and bell tower, this structure went through many iterations until the final form was conceived. Producing 10,000 cases per year, the 3600 SF structure contains a barrel storage room, production lab, fermentation room and elegant tasting room which facilitates visits on an appointment-only basis.
The south side of the winery boasts stunning custom wood "church doors" which open onto a spacious veranda upon which guests may enjoy tasting at all times of year. It is from here also that one may glance to the West and view the residence of the owners, in matching Spanish Hacienda style, creating a glorious retreat for relaxation and enjoyment of viticulture.
Detailing of the building was held true to the style, including large shaped timber rafter tails, wrought iron crosses adorning the windows, white smooth finish stucco, travertine flooring and authentic clay tile roofing. The first season of production is set to occur in late 2024.
